Thursday 22nd March 2007 saw the arrival of the questionnaires in Hockley. Our picture shows Committee members displaying the first batch outside the Old Fire Station in Southend Road. They are David Fryer-Kelsey, Tim Gleadall, Heather Flemmings and Jeff
